He has over 10 years of experience in different areas of civil engineering works, road construction, building engineering and quantifying professional practices namely steel construction, maintenance, costing, pumps & water engineering like borehole drilling, tanks construction, pumps installation, pipeline, construction of earth dam embankment & water treatment. His experiences span through project management, feasibility studies, design detailed-AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project and other Microsoft software. Preparation of bills of quantities, cost analysis.

He possesses good human relationships, team spirit and result oriented. He is also vast in both technical and managerial aspects of his profession.

 

ABDULAZEEZ Yemi Abass

Quantity surveyor

A very experienced Quantity Surveyor with memberships and qualifications in Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (RQS), Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS), Chartered Project Manager (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP).

He has very good interpersonal skills, Self-motivation, Time management skills and a good team player.

 

AKANDE Yinka James

Field/Design Engineer

Over five (5) years’ experience in Structural/Civil Engineering Design, Civil/Building construction, Supervision and Maintenance, Project Management, Material estimates, Concrete Design/Mix & Quality control and Procurement & Haulage.

He is passionate about applying his knowledge and skills in achieving the objectives of an organization that is focused and committed to tackling real-world challenges.

Accountant

He has vast knowledge and experiences obtained from over 5 companies. He specialises in Preparing Group Monthly Management/Financial Report, Liaises with Cluster Managers for Collection/Receivable Reconciliation,

Cash flow statement, budgets and feasibility studies for management, Advising Management on Financial Matters and Profitable investments,

Recording and Documentation of the company’s financial records, Filling of Annual tax returns with CAC, Preparing and updating Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, Preparing Schedules for the external auditor.
